invites you to the conference
“Parallel Realities:
Living in Different Realms”
July 31st-August 2nd, 2020
Tallinn, Estonia
The Second International Conference of the FEGAP (Finnish-Estonian Group for Analytical Psychology) is dedicated to the exploration of parallel realities.
As analysts, and as human beings, we deal with the complex relations between consciousness and unconscious contents. Besides, like in the movie “The Matrix”, we all live in and between many different realms as well.
The culture of our ancestors mingles with the technological reality, and the cyber cultures; our personal and familiar history entwines with online existences and social networks; our physical body is modified and defied by virtual reality.
All these different, parallel realms can be connected or dissociated, can be in dialogue or separated, can define us or challenge our identity.
This conference wishes to offer a space for deeper reflections on these and further multiple layers.
We are happy to announce that the keynote speaker of this conference will be Warren Colman, esteemed Jungian analyst, author of numerous papers and a book “Act and Image: The Emergence of Symbolic Imagination”.
The Summer Camp is intended to Jungian analysts, trainees, students, psychotherapists, and for everyone interested.
In addition to academic papers, we invite participants to offer workshops.
